    Hi Everyone,

    This is AJ and I want to welcome you to the Didge For Sleep Member Forum. Diet seems to play an important role for sleep and I’m wondering what you have seen works and what doesn’t work as far as your eating habits and how they affect quality of sleep. I know some people have told me that if they eat too close to bed time their apnea flares up. Dr. Jordan Stern talks a lot about the acid reflux diet and how reducing acid reflux can reduce incidences of sleep apnea. Please share your experience. We would love to hear what has and has not worked for you
